One Empire Pass is an intimate ski-in/ski-out residential development located in Deer Valley, UT with 27 private residences. Community amenities include a spa deck, infinity pools, ski lounge, game room, sun lounge, fitness center, ski valet, private ski lockers and a live-in resident manager. Hunt Electric’s scope included all electrical installation, power and communication conduits to the building. Our in-house Technology Division installed the facility’s public safety infrastructure (DAS), to ensure connectivity to first responder radio system in the event of an emergency. The team also installed a complete snow melt system on the roof to help with drainage and prevent ice dams and icicles from forming during the winter.
