Hunt Electric provided Design-build electrical, infrastructure and technology services to this 8-story, boutique hotel and 7-story mixed-use apartment building. The main level will be a lobby, lounge and bar area with administrative and meeting rooms. The hotel will include 164 guest rooms that will occupy floors two through eight. The exterior skin will be comprised of a majority of storefront with some areas of curtain wall at corner locations. This hotel is phase 1 of this project with a future phase including a 4-story office building and parking structure to the west.
